I O Cultural Network e. V. 是英文Imput & Output的简写。它成立于2007年，以促进中德艺术文化双向交流为宗旨，是德国一家非赢利文化机构。多年来，I O协会成功地组织了一系列大型展览并建立了艺术家互派的固定项目。在I O的努力下, 中德两国实验艺术以及一些具有国际前瞻性的项目如《秃头戈女－北京，南京，波恩和波哥大》，2013年《上海双年展》，《博伊斯在中国》展览， 2014年南京《激浪时间》工作坊以及与北京环铁美术馆，玛丽 ·包麦斯特艺术家驻场交流活动得以实现。

I O Cultural Network e. V. (IO, short for input & output) is a non-profit cultural organization in Germany designed to promote Sino-German exchange in cultural and art. It has organized a series of successful large-scale exhibitions, as well as a stable artist exchange program since its foundation in 2007. Due to its effort, a number of cultural events have been well planned and realized, experimental art in the two countries and internationally oriented projects in particular, including “Bald Girls: Beijing, Nanjing, Bonn and Bogotá”, “Shanghai Biennale” (2013, Shanghai), “Beuys in China (2013), “Fluxus Time” (2014, Nanjing) and the artist-in-residence exchange project between Huantie Museum in Beijing and Mary Bauermeister in Germany.
